It has been quite an amazing challenge. I have thrived off the challenges that I have been given here and feel inspired by the individuals that I work with and will continue to push myself. It has been amazing working here.

It has been quite challenging. If there has been one thing I've had to learn to adapt is "change" which has taught me more than just work-life but really all-life challenges involve change and how quickly we can adapt. Sunrun has helped me grow professionally and personally and am forever thankful

What makes you most happy at work?
The individuals I interact with daily and also I love the work that I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The unity the team has built and mostly being remote and also knowing I can count on them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love seeing the diversity on the teams and it is also inspiring to see woman in leadership/executive roles.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with our Vendors and my peers! I admire all the successful woman I have worked with that have paved the paths for others to continue pushing to grow professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the Webinars that are provided, all the resources the company share and provide to us. They provide paid days for volunteers hours. Diversity inclusion groups which I've had the oppty to be involved in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing that I hired an employee as a Vendor Liason and him making more than me was in a sense demotiviational to what I continue to contribute in my role but this was all recent with the merger.
