I've been with my company for 6 years, and it's been the most rewarding and happy I've ever been working. The years flew by fast. Tackling climate change is hard work, and I get to do it next to some of the best people around. I'm looking forward to the next 30 years here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from the pay, I am really fond of our Freedom Time Off policy and flexibility we're able to provide our hardest working individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hands down it is our ERG's (employee resource groups). We value diversity and inclusion and are always looking to challenge our day to day practices to be more inclusive and improve the representation to reflect the communities we serve.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with are the best part of my job. They make me feel happy to show up to work and try to improve things for them. We have strong collaboration and communication and they make it all worth it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the desire to consistently improve and challenge our ways of thinking to improve our products for our customers. We're a fast-paced and constantly changing industry that requires adaptation and new ideas for tomorrow. Our leaders are passionate and transparent about our goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all passionate and engaged about the work that we do. Everyone I interact with is here for more than just themselves and is always willing to help the next person out. We believe in our companies goal and work together to make it a reality.
