Sunrun was a wonderful place to work at one point, but in recent years I have seen that begin to deteriorate as we "throw spaghetti at the wall" from a process and culture perspective. I would love to see a unified workforce that is aligned on our mission and in our care for our customers.

Our local market upholds the culture that built the Sunrun we have today with a focus on human centeredness and climate activism!

Our legacy executive team still embody the values of our organization, however newer members of that group engage employees in a questionable way that actually mitigates the engagement we feel.

Our market has such a focus on the big picture that truly matters in this business. We are here to mitigate climate change and we view ourselves as the tip of the spear!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our culture as an organization continues to dwindle in quality. With a focus on catering to a select few within our organization instead of all Sunrunners as a whole, we disenfranchise many which results low retention and engagement from those employees.
