too much clutter, checklists, etc. and expectations, tone the cheer down, everyone is unhappy and burntout, of course you know this, revolving door. employees are not guinea pigs. more qualified people instead of using buggy software to "train" them. work on retention, reduce workload, increase pay
its not so much compensation, i want to work at a more leisiurely pace so i don't burnout. people use to be able to play tetras as work for an hour a day, and talk to their co workers. quality is tanking company wide cause everyone is running too fast
