
Recognize that sacrificing everything for pure production numbers is self-sabotaging.
The attention to detail is seriously lacking. I guess that's what happens when points and production is stressed over quality, eh?
My job has gotten a lot more complicated in the three years that I have been here: more complicated projects, battery designs, customer huddle presentations, all while having my output expectations increased... and my compensation has stayed the same.
A) Focus more on quality and doing something right the first time instead of pushing merely for production numbers. B) Give sales team at least a minimum of training in technical aspects of solar so we don't have to redesign a job 5-6 times due to random asks and the whims of sales team.
