We currently don't have much culture due to covid. Culture requires human interaction which can be difficult in a remote work environment
What are some of the best things about your team?
Candidness with direct reports. Honesty, Loyalty, and Trust. Within my team I have created a culture that doesn't match any other supervisor team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes; I would feel more compensated if my peers in my position were doing the same amount of work. As a leader, having 24+ direct reports makes now time for self growth and focus on career opportunities.
