That they care about the long term future
Geared towards safety and quality
The cohesiveness. When a team can stay together it greatly improves the efficiency
Used to be the pay, but, being able to step back and take pride in my work
they seem to constantly work at ways to better the ways they go about selling, taking care of customers, while also compensating the employees for their hard work at about or above fair market.
we all work together to help and motivate each other. my office in particular has many people that have been doing solar for 7+ years. we know how to do our job and do it well
To know that i am providing a customer with something that will help them, as well as the environment. Also knowing that my team and I always do our 100% best to to high quality work
I think with the recent decline in bonus and the inability to become an electrical foreperson without a journeymans, us who are only a foreperson are doing the same work for less pay as others. Seems a bit unfair to me.
They are very in tune with having a work/life balance. while we may work a lot of saturdays, we are compensated very well for it. the bonus structure and pay structure has given me a much better quality of life since they acquired vivint.
