Transparency in communication. We just had 3 leaders leave the company and the team has not been honest about their departure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid the market rate for my role. I am paid based off of the standard of living in Lehi, UT when I am located in Denver.
