7 years with Sunrun and I believe the past 2 years have lost me

Remote work can be lonely sometimes but always have the team to lean on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been doing the work of 3 and my pay certainly does not reflect that. we've requested a higher head count for years to no avail.
