We work together to help each other out. There is no I in team with our group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the different community groups. I feel like Sunrun does a good job of being inclusive of all people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about and see you as a real person. I don't feel like just another employee. I feel invested in.
