It was a bit stressful transitioning over from Vivint Solar and I wish Sunrun would adopt some of the effective things VIvint had and did but it was nice to get a pay raise and better benefits. Change can be stressful but overall its turned out okay.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Aside from a few miscommunications with management I feel like I've had a very good experience at Sunrun. While I feel like I am worth even more than I make right now I'm still making significantly more than I did at my last company which is good. Our tools aren't the greatest but I make do.

I'm happy with how much I get paid

I like working from home. Great environment =)

Helping a sales representative solve a difficult problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are mostly positive and try to help when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are upbeat and encouraging. Giving out trips to Cabo is nice to. =)

I like how they have employee resource groups and seem to be genuinely concerned about our wellbeing.

I love helping sales reps by solving difficult problems that no one else was able to figure out especially when it comes to getting them the design that they want.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along really well and have a lot of fun. They know that they can count on me to help them out with difficult designs as well and they appreciate me for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I could accomplish a lot more when it comes to designing and I wish that I had more opportunities to help more sales representatives with their designs. I feel like if I had the opportunity to do so then I could generate a lot of value for the company and be compensated accordingly.
