What do you like best about the leadership team?
My departments leadership team meets with us consistently throughout the week to inspire us and keep us motivated. All the leaders are very approachable , warm and receiving and always happy to help in any way that they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a clear vision from the Top down throughout the company. We encourage diversity in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The top leaders in the company want to make an impact and inspire us all to strive for that as well.
