My favorite thing about work is all the people I get to talk to. Customers and coworkers alike, I love filling my day with new conversations and connections

The campaign to present a united front has been impactful. We approach each customer and each situation as a team. We are supportive of each other and our roles, providing a world-class customer experience
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of superstars. They are outspoken and dedicated. It just shows the time and energy that was put into hiring individuals who will add to the culture we want for our team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make it clear when they support us. Whether it is our healthcare rights, experiences of minorities, or simply our rights as humans, the leadership team is always the first to come out and let us know they're here for us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid what I am worth. It has allowed me to settle and enjoy my role. It allows me the space to grow in my position without having to worry about where my next meal is coming from
