As a whole I love Sunrun and feel good about the work that I'm doing. At a branch level, I feel taken advantage of and under appreciated. I have no one to bring this up to because my concerns are brushed off by my manager and DEO which in turn makes me feel even worse.
What makes you most happy at work?
Checking my metrics and seeing how much I have accomplished.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more open to feedback from the SMEs and people on the ground actually doing the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the steps being made at the executive level regarding diversity & inclusion. I wish it trickled down to the branch level more though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get acknowledged for the sheer amount of work that I do as one person. Work that is equal to the work of 2-3 other team members combined. I'm treated as an unofficial manager for my AHJ but am not compensated on that level and my opinions aren't valued when it comes to important things.
