I see people leaving below me and getting paid more then me by competitors. I have received several offers, but I like Sunrun and want this to work.
The current team seems to appreciate that honesty and quality work drive the success of our customer experiences. However, we have a long way to go to repair our relationships and get back to being good with post install communications.
We need to stop "stepping over dollars to pick up dimes". We need to stop trading the future for present kW targets. We need to get better with training and the inspect what we expect from a quality standpoint.
Shorter surveys. Just kidding. We need to focus on the work we do and think in a 20+ year mentality. We need to reduce our risky behaviors (we don't even have a "Risk Management" team!) and make sure all stakeholders are in volved in decision making. We need to keep our talent, listen to people
