
Things have improved greatly as I moved up the company ladder. The lower paying jobs also had inexperienced managers that favored their promoting their friends rather than the best employees in the departement.
While a project coordinator I did not think that leadership was very good at all especially that of Vicky Tario who played favorites and did not make it easy for me attend doctor appointments to address a medical issue. In my two other roles my direct managers have taken an interest in my career.
I have been with the company for over 6 years. While it all has not been great I was able to survive in my jobs on the front lines and currently have a non customer facing job that I really like. My current role is the best job I have ever had.
