I love my job and the people I work with are fantastic. When I have my one on one with my manager, she asks me about my life and how everything is going, before asking me work questions. She truly care about me as a person. I'm not just another pawn in a corporate world. I'm part of the puzzle.

We had a team trip to Chicago and got to meet the whole team. We also did some fun team building activities.

My team works remote, which works best for my life. It also allows me to travel to see family and take my work with me.

Sunrun treat everyone as a part of the team and cares about them. Sunrun is very family orientated and understands that your health and family are important. Sunrun is the most diverse company I've ever worked for. We support every race, culture, religion, disability and sexual orientation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great for a year ago, but I think Sunrun should relook at the numbers. I know teenages or people just out of highschool making almost the same as me. I have a college degree and over 7 years experience. I feel I should be making more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From management to the CEO, they all treat you like a team member. They treat you like an equal, not like someone under of them. Management values everyone's opinion and implements it when needed. The family values at Sunrun shines through and is brighter than any other company I've worked for.
