100% WFH has made it possible to be more flexible to get work and life done. A doctor's appointment or car repair no longer has to be pushed out weeks in advance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership isn't afraid to be honest if a next step or future state isn't entirely ironed out. I'd prefer the honest feedback instead of fluff to know we're all on the same page.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Something I love about my department is we have removed the bureaucracy. Everyone has the same weight to their questions and you don't have to go step by step to talk to certain people.
