My experience at Sunrun has been mediocre. I feel there were a lot of promises being made but not many of them have been executed. I believe Sunrun has good intentions but they fall short on delivering.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am doing a job that I love.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment is the promise of change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our leadership team is that they seem to put forth an effort when it comes to diversity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitude and bringing a can do attitude. I seem to work with quite a few angry and disgruntled employees. Their communication needs enhancements and takes away from the positive culture here at sunrun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that with my experience and education I should be getting paid much more than I am. I believe that my hard work has shown that I am capable and more valuable than what I am getting paid. I would feel better if I made at least $85k a year.
