
Introductory training is general and not branch specific. Call scripts are robotic and uppersonal. EMs and techs do not update projects via salesforce making it hard to communicate with customers. I would like frequent incentives based on performance and higher pay. direct communication with VP ops

I would feel better if I was paid more, given the incentives that were promised to me and allowed raises frequently if my performance is high.
The opportunity to work from home is the most positive for me. The culture seems to be a boys club at the branch and some education and having a branch manager could aide in discipline. I don't feel like everyone is customer obsessed
Please make sure the area or regional managers are showing up to each branch and holding people accountable. EMs in my branch do not have a branch manager and I hear that some EMs are taking 3 hour lunches. We need better communication regarding project status
