I'm doing the same job every day and it is not exciting. All the works are given to other team members that makes me feel underappreciated and undervalued.
My feedback to the manager goes unheard and all the work are given to other team members. Those members get unjustifiable promotion. They give be a raise that does not keep up with the inflation (yes, before 2022) and considered bonus as 'raise' which then means I didn't get the bonus.
