The people that I work with. I don't think the culture and environment would be the team if my team wasn't the way that it was.

I like that Mary meets and gets feedback from all levels within the company. You can tell she's really trying to understand the business from all perspectives.

My team is collaborative and always willing to assist. We each bring something unique to the table. I also know that we're all pulling our weight within our respective areas. We're all on par with each other.

I love that everyone is super supportive of each other. We all work hard but we're able to joke about things. We have fun while working. Our teams don't have drama. They are all really great people and work hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm compensated less than other supervisors, despite being a very competent employee. This is the same for the other supervisors on our team. Our supervisor compensation range actually overlaps with our direct report's range, so it's possible to have an employee making more than a sup.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our team has yet to migrate fully into our new end to end in SalesForce. We keep being deprioritized, which has made our job 100x harder. I would be more enthusiastic if our team was on one platform and we were able to provide a better customer experience so we have less escalations.
