I love working for Sunrun. Over the past 2 years things have been very chaotic and I do not feel like Sunrun values it's employees anymore.

We are very progressive and accepting of all people.

They are excited about renewable energy and care about the mission.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares about each other and we are all friends.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like there are no many peoples and very little progress made. Our tools are lacking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I am underpaid for what I am currently doing. I work extremely hard and feel that I am more knowledgeable than most of my team without the title and pay.
