Prompted to Captain with no pay increase. Pay was changed two years in which I took a pay decrease. I have more responsibilities than regular CEA however pay doesn?

Captains should be compensated for additional duties. A compensation for retention and or length of service to company should be considered. 7 years at Sunrun performing at a higher level and I should not be paid same as a brand new hire!
