We are a family. It feels like we can talk to each other and are able to help each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, just some of the processes and company policy. I feel like giving your employees an "Occurrence" for their family member being in the hospital is wrong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like having a process where employees get occurrences for calling out sick/having a family emergency is kind of backward. I would like to see a process to where the company actually offers sick time and whatnot.
