What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Leadership team allows me to handle our Sunrun customer and when help is needed they are there for me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More vacation /PTO time for work life balance - I feel like I have to wait for company paid time off holidays because I don't have enough PTO time and sick time should be apart of our vacation time.
