The experience has been okay. It's hard to balance work life and family life. I wish they were more human and family oriented. If I could just get paid a little more I could afford babysitting more for my toddler and wouldn't be so overwhelmed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently going to school full time, working full time, and raising a toddler. I have been told a few times that I need a dedicated work space free from distractions. I know the distraction they are referring to is my kid. Day care is too expensive. I can't afford it with my pay.
