Sunrun is awesome! I think our layoffs could be better thought out before execution and our org shifts are relatively unscoped before they happen. However, the mission is really great and the vibe and culture are good. It's a company of good people with a great cause.

They are very dynamic and honest. We are driven to get results and everyone is willing to work hard and work together.

The leadership team seems very passionate. Our CEO Mary seems especially invested in not just customers, but also our employees. That care is really special and unique.
