My overall experience with the company is positive. Of course, there are some growing pains as Sunrun is a developing company and some processes need to be remedied, but overall, everyone is working so hard to make the environment safe and productive.

Sunrun has improved their training, which is great. I enjoy working with my team, though the permitting and inspection delays cause escalations with customer.

My direct supervisor is supportive and understands that he manages a team of individuals with families and personal lives.

My team is supportive and helpful. Even when the supervisory team is busy and can't help, the teammates are always there to give advice where they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I am looking forward to the new commissions, I am concerned that my hourly rate has decreased. I would have liked to retain the same hourly rate with the commissions, especially as a high performer.
