Overworked, underpaid, held too high of a standard you're trying to put on us. I love Sunrun's mission statement and I like what I do, but omg we could do better.. We should've never gone through with that huge change, we just needed some tweaks and you guys flipped everything upside down. Im scared
What are some of the best things about your team?
How close we've all become, we're like family. Anyone is readily available to help whomever, whenever, wherever.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The huge diversity we have among each other, we are all from different walks of life and there is no hint of hate, judgement, or anything negative. It's all LOVE, and that's why I personally love working here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My personal leadership team (my CSM's and CSS Seniors) are the freaking BEST. I have no idea what I would do without their guidance. Honestly, we need more than 1-2 CSM's because I feel like they are drowning trying to do their best for their team, aka US! We're headed in the right direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe because all of the new hires are getting paid 3-4$ more STARTING than me and my other fellow peers who've been here for months, if not YEARS. That's COMPLETELY WRONG and we should all be getting paid the same, if not more depending on how long you've been with the company. Make it FAIR
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
300 characters is NOT enough to explain what is wrong and how we could improve. The CSS Seniors, CSMs, and us CSS's as a whole are COMPLETELY overworked and are handed TOO MANY projects to handle. I can't enjoy free time or weekends when all I can think about is work. Detrimental to my mental health
