Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our time off policy for hourly employees is very poor considering there is no vacation vs sick time just 2 weeks a year. Compared to other companies very low salaries and low time off leading to employees not feeling valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The efforts of Diversity and Inclusion have been great, I love interacting with all different kinds of people and feeling that everyone is valued regardless of what you may look like or present as. I would still like to see more women in leadership roles, I do believe there is room to improve still.
