I have been promoted twice in less than two years. I feel I am valued for my work and my opinion. I am given appropriate tasks to keep me from getting bored or overstimulated at work. I have mostly enjoyed the benefits offered but the current company, Broadspire, is not a good company for SR.

I am approaching my 8th year with the company and am more excited and happy about my current job than when I started here. I was absolutely thrilled when I started if that says enough. Sunrun doesn't just want to be big they want to be wonderful and that shows courage and vulnerability. Thank you.

Teamwork and the willingness to change and try new things. It is not an "if it's not broke don't fix it" kind of company and I appreciate that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel the salary for the type of work I am performing is worth the stress and difficulties I go through to manage customer expectations and have a healthy work-life balance. I think at minimum a $10,000 increase and bonus from 5% to 10% would make me feel compensated for my time and skills
