As a new hire a lot of it still remains to be seen. Its certainly been a learning process and I look forward to growing and improving in the position

dealing with good customers and the flexibility and autonomy of the position
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation seems low for new hires and makes it difficult when you don't get enough good appointments to convert into signed customers
