The team is so SUPPORTIVE. We have members that have been here for years, others started here, some transferred from other departments, some new, some came back. They are always offering to help out if you have a question or need a second opinion. The support is unreal.

I would say the flexibility is the key thing with Sunrun. Each department/team is different. But we have flexible schedules with option for 5x8 or 4x10 with long weekends, and it is very easy to schedule PTO or flex hours. This is key for a workplace right now.
