The company as a whole is amazing. The culture and environment is welcoming, and very family-like yet professional.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is creating opportunities for us to learn more about our current department through procedure guides and training.

The best part about the compensation package would be the opportunity to go to COLLEGE with no cost to me and the insurance!
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the happiest is my literal job! I enjoy reviewing data, creating pivot tables, learning more about solar, having meetings with customers and coworkers to resolve customer issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family. The best thing about my direct peer team is their willingness to help at any moment and their encouragement. Our department has a few roadblocks but they are very uplifting and encouraging to keep me pushing to do all that I can.
