I am overall very pleased and happy to be here. I feel as though the compensation for leadership is low compared to the work we do. My team is great and my leader is great. She cares about where I am at and wants to see me succeed. She shows strength while being empathetic. She keeps me going
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have loved working for Sunrun.. Their values have always been a huge driver to my passion and success here. However, in the recent months I do fear we are losing sight of the value "We love people" and I do fear we will totally lose track of that if something doesn't change soon

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to middle management on what is needed for the frontline teams and be open to suggestions

Stress levels and the lack of engagement with changes on processes and lack of listening to what is needed for the team and does not take suggestions from middle management

There are a lot of things at play and coming down the pipeline. I feel a bit outside of what I signed up for. However, I am happy to do it but some days it's hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that leadership has a genuine desire to make sure their people are being taken care of. Listening to needs, wants, goals, and actioning them. Pushing me to be the best leader I can be and guiding me along the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the supervisor job is different now than what I signed up for. The amount of work I put into everyday can be hard and draining. I am happy to do it, I would just like to see an increase in my compensation as a leader. My team does not make much less than I do.
