Be more transparent, honest, and straightforward about various operations and changes. It will help build trust.

Everyone has useful knowledge and pitches in. Admirable group effort. Nice to have dependable, reliable, communicative team members.

The willingness to develop and change to what will not only benefit the company but also it's employees.

I love that Sunrun is so diverse. I also love the growth and opportunity it provides for its employees.

They seem to have a clear understanding of what IS and ISN'T working and are taking action to make things right for both the customer and employee.

The environment here is lacking, but I love what I do, and surround myself with like minded people. Its nice working with a group that motivates one another.

I love what I do, the good days, the bad days. I like the challenge, I like that it makes you have to sometimes think outside the box.

Understand what each person contributes and brings to the table. Use the word WE instead of I coach, inspire, give credit and hold everyone accountable. Practice what you preach.

Group effort. Everyone understand what needs to get do so we all succeed as a whole. It isnt a one man show, and its nice having that support around you when needed.
