What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating people like people. I've gone to HR and Directors in my chain of command and my supervisor still is the most impersonal, unfriendly working relationship I've ever had professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I created a lot of the process and procedures for my peers and new coworkers who have been hired but I am not considered a Sr in my field, even though those hired using my processes are hired as Srs. My supervisor and manager also lied to me about my raise last year.
