Overall, benefits are very good. Pay scale is too low
Balance between expected workload & real compensation(hourly rate) is way out of justification.
Currently going thru massive turnover rate, we lost some top-notch true team players. Have not been replaced, I believe it?
Team more emphasized. We should be compensated better for our monthly schedule(work thru weekends,holidays every month..
