In terms of my ability to come to work and do my job, I'm very happy. Outside that narrow scope, I find the general work environment annoying because too much focus on unimportant things like these questionnaires having NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JOB. I would be happiest left to do my job.

No one micromanages, so, I guess there's that.

I have no idea how to answer this question. I don't pay attention to stuff like this.

I don't have a compensations package, I'm hourly. But, the pay's ok I guess. My family hasn't starved yet.

I don't think about stuff like that. I come in to do my job, I do it to the best of my abilities, no one here hinders that in any way.

Nothing. I don't look forward to interacting with any body in general, I don't interact with people because I want to, I do it because it's part of the job and I have to. but I do it because I'm not here to enjoy myself, I'm here to do a job.
