What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A large portion of my day is spent following up on team members for lack of response. I have basically come to expect I will not hear back until the second or third attempt.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was made promises by multiple people in management, that did not happen due to either reorg shuffles or them leaving the company. That left me with more responsibility, without the new title or pay, and uncertainty about my future role.
