Some kind of standards training and checking experiance of potential hires better before they get hired
For me personally being able to teach the apprentices everything i know about electrical and them being excited to learn
I thoroughly love what i do and i love not being micro managed. It's nice when my manager is confident in my knowledge of my job and me being able to get it done and at a high standard each day
Well considering the success of our company i would love to get paid comparable to other electrical foreman in Southern California cause I'm one of the higher paid foreman and yet I'm 10+ dollars an hour less than Union electrical foreman in socal.
Recognizing the good things we do as a crew not just always the bad but then again it's probably hard for him to do that when he only got hired to baby sit us because he doesn't have a clue about electrical even though he is the electrical mgr, he can't answer electrical issues we have at times
