
Knowing that I do work with a good team and if I have any type of issues they will help me.
They are always giving us more work to do and always wants us to help other offices on top of our own work and sometimes have to stay later to do so and are not compensated when we are doing way more work.
The leadership team needs to be better at visiting the employees and when they say they are going to visit keep there word. My manager always makes it a point to come to my office and see if we need anything and if we do helps us get it.
