What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The executive team does a great job with updates via newsletters and bringing everyone together such as this year in Dallas. I also look forward to The League scoreboards and League TV each week.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy innovating and developing ideas to not only assist my market in being the top in the country but also sharing those ideas nationwide. I have been given the opportunity to share my innovations and many turn to me for coaching and assistance which I truly enjoy.
