We're running an energy company. Not creating a brand.

Need to decentralize and consolidate operations. There is much talent in this org that is underutilized.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to life the blue collar values of their workers, not pander to sales reps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is minimal expertise in the higher levels of our management team. Their perspective askew, and not nearly as fine tuned as it needs to be.
