It's been overwhelmingly positive. Most companies have scaled back their benefits packages and Sunrun is the best I've seen in years. Compensation is very fair.

With all the flexibility, great benefits package, free education... what's not to love? I haven't worked for a company this good in decades. Having real options in healthcare packages is so rare these days but Sunrun has it. I feel I can balance my life more easily here at Sunrun.
