I've made a comfortable living, Bought a home last year. NEM3 is settling in, so sales are increasing. I just wish Operations would be more solution oriented instead of disqualifing Due to roof types when other companies can install on it. (Like Calpak)

Overal my experiance has been very positive Until recently my productivity droped and was told not to come to the office and therefore treated as a blacksheep.

Their willingness to lead from the front and show us by example. It's hard but not impossibile and everyone has something to contribute

The comradery is very strong when we all work together and stay together even in slower times. Alienation is counter productive for long tearm team cohesiveness.
