It was overall a very good experience, I felt my prior direct manager always had my back, was cultivating. Training how to navigate through all circumstances. Unfortunately he is no longer with the company, new management appears to be good, its too soon to make a determination.

I believe more than most places of business, there is also a social concern of fair treatment.

That we are a team! No one is perfect, but we strive to be a perfect unit. Always willing to help one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
When all areas of the company come together (pre, during and after installation) in a timely fashion to make the customer experience the best. A place they want to brag to others about.
