Every job i have applied for i have been denied even though i have the knowledge i have had horrible supervisors that dont know how to do the job correctly dsm that have no solar experience and im stuck doing everyone elses job to make theirs easier as mine gets harder and busier with no pay increas

Being more proficient in the position and not complain so much about feeling bad

Knowing and learning how to donall aspects of the job and stop hiring incompetent people to save a dollar
