While it started out great it has become somewhat stressful these past couple months, from changing quotas with very little work to being out of the loop on changes and finally being forced to learn a whole new role has been quite stressful. I was excited to work here and now its slowly fading away.

It is more the team support than the company support.

In times of uncertanity we band together and pick each other up, while we feel out of the loop from upper managment we continue to roll with the punches and support eachother

Our department has constant changes and not small ones, we are expected to continue to learn the role I applied for and a new role in a matter of weeks while Designers have a year to get settled.
